Blue Lagoon

The color of this bag makes me think of looking out over the ocean and seeing all the differentshades of blues on the water and even the browns and tans from the sand below! It really is stunning! Knitted and felted with two different yarns,the first is a yarn called “Boku” by Plymouth Yarns. It has varigated colors of blue, teal, brown, taupe, green and a dark rose. The second strand is 100% wool made by Valley Yarns. The gorgeous blue color is called “Laguna Blue”. The soft furlike trim near the top of the purse is a beautiful lucious eyelash yarn called ’Zap". It is a dark teal and fits so perfectly with all the rest of the shades in the bag. It is knitted on a circular needle and the handle is a knitted I-cord. The size of the bag is 12&3/4in. at the widest part and 9in. in height. The handle is about 27in. and if you pull the handle through you can put it over your shoulder. I find I carry mine most of the time in my hand. The silver button is vintage and gives the bag a charming touch. Many people will stop and ask you about this purse!
