Iris

Another one of my new spring purses! This darling lavender bag is knitted using a 100% bulky wool from the Caledon Hills Collection. The trim at the top of the purse is a novelty yarn by Crystal Palace. This eyelash yarn combines a boucle thread base with two kinds of eyelashes, a tissue thin, fafric lightly dotted and a poofy soft chenille one. The combination of pinks, lavenders and white makes quite an addition to this already lovely purse. After the knitting I put the purse through a felting process.
Width at the bottom of purse is 11 in.
Width in the middle is 9 in.
Height of purse is 9 in.
The strap is 22in. and fits nicely on the shoulder.
Amagnetic snap is used for the closure.
